Lubbock Maids was founded because we had personally experienced how hard it is to find a a trustworthy cleaning company that would deliver a great clean every time. We are extremely passionate about making our community members happier; and providing an escape from the montonous chore of cleaning ones own home.

3. Background Checks

No applicant gets to skip this stage. To be considered for hiring all must agree to a pre-employment background check.

4. 30-Day Trial Period

During our trial cleanings the applicants are given constant supervision to ensure that the cleanings remain amazing.
