Lubbock Maids was founded because we had personally experienced how hard it is to find a a trustworthy cleaning company that would deliver a great clean every time. We are extremely passionate about making our community members happier; and providing an escape from the montonous chore of cleaning ones own home.

We want to have the opportunity to spread our mission into your home, so that you can have time to make an impact where you choose to. You don't have continue looking for an amazing cleaning service any longer. We have built an outstanding team that shares our passion with the same buring fire. Among the passion of our cleaners, we have updated to the times and built a online booking system so that you don't even have to call to book your home or apartment cleaning.

If you're not happy and they've already left, I will have a crew back out to you as soon as humanly possible. It will be the same crew as well so they will know exactly how to fix their issues and provide better service to you next time.

Community-Care Friday

Every Friday we give a FREE cleaning to one of our amazing members in Lubbock, Texas. We are always looking for nominations, that can be left on our Facebook page on the nominations post of the week.

They don't have to fit any requirement. If you think they deserve a break from life and to have our crew clean their home for absolutely no money, then tell us about why you feel this way. We love hearing more about their stories and building a cleaning routine that will be able to lift the load.

Every cleaner that is employed by Lubbock Maids goes through a rigorous process to insure that they will always show up on time, always do an amazing job, and can be trusted to leave your home in outstanding condition after every single clean. The full process goes as follows...

1.Thorough Applications

No applicant is ever pushed through to the next phase unless their application is exactly what we are looking for.

2. In-Depth Interview

In our interviews we ask more than just if they will be able to clean well. We want to make sure we like them as person too.

3. Background Checks

No applicant gets to skip this stage. To even be considered for hiring all must agree to a pre-employment background check.

4. 30-Day Trial Period

During our trial cleanings the applicants are given constant supervision to insure that the cleanings are still amazing.

Lubbock Maids, as you could probably guess by our name, is based in Lubbock, Texas. Though we do service quite a large area around it. All the way up to 50 miles, we will hae a crew come out to your location and provide the same service you would inside Lubbock.
